By accessing or using PureField services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PureField provides a cloud-based SaaS platform combining CRM, FSM, and CMMS capabilities for managing sales, service, and maintenance operations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Upload malicious content

5. Subscription and Payments

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights belong to PureField. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

PureField is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
